  • From the CVs that are sent to us, we will select appropriate candidates, interview and test them.
  • Candidates that match your needs best will be presented to you.
  • You will decide, which candidate to select.
  • Depending on the terms, we will provide you with 3 to 6 month guarantee.

2. Direct search

  • It is target oriented and longer recruitment process.
  • We will assess your needs and provide expert opinion (requirements, necessary skills, desired personality traits, etc.)
  • We will search for the desired candidate in the area of business required by you.
  • Candidates that match your needs best will be presented to you.
