Employee assessment

Professional vision of your future employee

We assess employee’s competencies, strengths and areas for improvement. After the assessment, we provide recommendations regarding training needed and consulting on various issues of staff management.

Assessment process is comprised of 3 stages:

  • Tests.
    Employees are provided with a set of tests, the results of which allow us to review the personality traits of the employee, assess intellectual abilities and their basic skills.
  • Interview.
    During the interview, employee is asked a set of questions to deeper inspect the area of interest. This helps to better interpret the results of the tests, assess motivation and growth potential.

  • Exercises.
    Employees are asked to complete various exercises, which help in assess personality traits, ability to work in a team, communication and other related skills.
